Welcome to the how to join page if you followed the main page link here then I'm very grateful for your interest and hope you join us.

But before that, even pirates need a set off rules to keep them from.... well killing each other, sinking the ship, eating to much, etc..

Rules:

1. We will not tolerate flaming or rudeness to any members of this club. If you don't like what they drew, please ignore it and leave it at that, don't say something you might regret.

2. Please Fav and comment on the ARTIST'S page, not on this account. in case you didn't notice the club posts it's Members art and therefor does NOT deserve your admiration(if you like the club so much feel free to show your love on the main page).

3. All participating members MUST have an OC(original character). Details and rules for the creation of the OC can be found HERE

4. Please list us in your journal or signature again showing the love is always welcome .

JOINING:

Joining is simple as long as you follow these instructions.

Please not that the art work you submit will be PhotoShopped for your bounty, so unless you wanna wind up like Sanji try to make it good.

1. Watch the club, and that's about it.
In case you don't submit or can't submit an OC you'll still be accepted; however, you will not be allowed to participate in club activities seeing as you won't have an OC, you can however comment on people's art and talk to everyone as you please(I mean who am I to stop you), as soon as you proceed with the remaining steps, you'll be allowed to enter contests, post art, etc...

2. NOTE US with 'Join' as the subject to join. Please don't comment on the front page or on any journals/deviations.

3. Along with your join note, you MUST link a picture/reference sheet of your ORIGINAL character. Please read the original character guidelines HERE

4. With your note, please insert a link to your reference, and fill out this information form below(Name, Fruit, Specialty, Dream, History are mandatory)
For people submitting via text deviation you will need to fill out the info in character, as if you're being interviewed.

Please note for Fruitless OC's 'Fruit Name' is not mandatory, like wise for People with fruits 'Specialty' is not mandatory although it would be nice if you have one

Name is basically just the name of your character. It doesn't have to be your real name. It can be anything.

Fruit Name is the name of your fruit
please follow the following instructions when writing this
write the Japanese format ex: gomu gomu no mi, and English ex: Rubber Rubber fruit
If you need help translating go HERE for translation (if you can't find it there, Google is your friend).
it's recommended when choosing a fruit's name that you try to choose a name that would HINT towards the fruits function (ex: Shock Shock no mi rather than Thunder Thunder or See-through See-through no mi rather than Invisibility Invisibility no mi). You can of course choose a direct name (ex: Rubber Rubber no mi) but where's the fun in that

Fruit description just explain what the fruit does and how you use it. Show us your Super Special Awesome Attacks
_{You are advised to mention what the devil fruit does at least to the club, don't tell me monkey and assume I understand what you're saying(monkey is an example it could be fish for all I care).}

Specialty is basically what your OC is good at. A swordsmen, a cook, a navigator, a stamp collector, etc..
if he's good for nothing that's ok too

Personality is basically what your character is like is he indifferent like Zoro, a pervert like Sanji, or a complete idiot like Luffy. (does he like to kill small babies).

Dream is what you character wants to do with his life does he want to be the best swordsmen, draw a map of the world, become the pirate king, run naked in the middle of the street yelling "Hit me baby one more time". Tell us it would be nice to know
He can of course not have a dream, in which case we will enjoy watching his vegetating body.

History is your character's background did he have a disturbing child hood, did his mum not hug him enough as a child, did his dad enjoy a nice cup of tea, did he live happily ever after without doing a thing in his life, in which case he'll be joining mister vegetation. Please don't be lazy and no rush it's always fun to see what people can come up with.

Occupation: what you want to be a pirate, a marine, a bounty hunter, etc...

Other is just any additional information you think we should know


5. Finally Your OC can be either ACCEPTED into the club, or REJECTED. If you are rejected, PLEASE, do not flame us, and do not be discouraged. We encourage you to tweak your character and try again.

Examples for Rejection:

I. Your character was not original enough. It could have had ties to existing characters in the series, looked too much like an existing character.

II. Your artwork was not what we wanted; your entrance picture must be in full color and show EFFORT and CREATIVITY.( it doesn't have to be a master piece just understandable)
